By using magicrandom.com (the “Site”), operated by NTech Inc Group, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site provides free online random generators and related content for personal, educational and entertainment use. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at volume, using automated tools to create Secret Santa groups in bulk, or entering content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights. Secret Santa participant names and wish lists must not contain personal data of others beyond what is needed to run the exchange.

3. No guarantees

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. Random results are produced by your browser's random number generator and we make no guarantee about their suitability for any purpose, including gambling, lotteries, security keys or legal draws. Use results at your own discretion.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTech Inc Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 10.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logo and code are owned by NTech Inc Group. You may link to any page. You may not copy the Site's content or tools for a competing service without permission. Results you generate are yours to use freely.

6. Advertising and third parties

The Site displays advertising from Google AdSense and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Termination

We may block access to anyone who violates these terms. Secret Santa groups are deleted automatically 90 days after the exchange date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
