Privacy Policy

Magic Random (magicrandom.com) is operated by NTech Inc Group (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information the tools process

Most generators on this site run entirely in your browser. The letters, names or options you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers.

Secret Santa generator. If you choose “Create private links”, we store the group name, participant first names (as you typed them), optional wish-list text, budget, exchange date and the drawn assignments, so each participant can open their own link. We do not ask for email addresses or phone numbers. The group and all its data are automatically deleted 90 days after the exchange date (or 90 days after creation if no date was set). Organizers can request earlier deletion by sending the group link through our contact form.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers record standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time) for security and performance. Logs are kept for a limited period. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand which tools are used and how to improve them.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message before personalized ads are served. 4. How we use information

• To run the tools you request (for example, to show a Secret Santa participant their match).
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To understand which tools are useful and improve them.
• To display advertising that supports the free tools.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help run the site (hosting, analytics, advertising) under their own privacy terms, or when required by law.

6. Children

The site is a general-audience service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send a request through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. For Secret Santa groups, include the group link so we can locate the record.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Secret Santa links use long random tokens that cannot be guessed. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we keep only the minimum data needed and delete it on schedule.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
